We guarantee our work.  Upon viewing the initial drafts for approval, if you are not satisfied and wish to discontinue work on the site, we will refund 100% of your deposit.  Please allow 30 business days for your refund.  Refunds will be sent by USPS. If you decide to continue to work with us, we offer you UNLIMITED revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the final product.

Web redesign:

Web site upgrades or redesigns require completion of the website design quote sheet.

After analyzing your Web site, we will send you a detailed proposal of our design and the cost.  We may need to contact you to get information not covered in our free web redesign form.

Maintenance programs:

All Web site maintenance programs are over a one-year period and are used at our client’s discretion.  We only offer our maintenance programs to customers who have purchased one of our Web site design packages.

Contracts expire one calendar year from the date purchased, or upon completion of the said number of updates.  Maintenance programs do not include Web site Makeovers.  Updates do not rollover.

Website Marketing:

Web site marketing is the client's responsibility.  We provide you with the tools and techniques to help you build a Web site marketing campaign.  All printed materials and E-mail campaigns are the client's responsibility.  Attract Business Online will provide you with any digital files used on your Web site if needed.  Digital files created by us in the commission of your Web site belong to you.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): included in all web design packages.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your personal information within Attract Business Online for purposes of Web site design or maintenance communications.

We may respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes by disclosing your personal information and other related information, if necessary.  We also may choose to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Our Web site may provide links to other third-party Web sites which are outside our control and not covered by this policy.  We encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on these (and all) sites.
